We are so happy you stopped by our site. We live in Southern Minnesota, right on the Minnesota/Iowa border. Our cattery is based in our smoke-free home with no cages. Although a playpen sometimes is used to keep our kittens safe when necessary. Our kittens are raised "under-foot" and are used to everyday life. Our cats are healthy, happy and have run of the house. Cats are not a business for us... they are our passion,  priveledge, and a part of our family....

               ~We believe Gods beauty is shown all around us

and in everything God created.

That includes His beautiful and precious creatures.

Each and every kitten born at Gods Kitty Cattery

is a blessing and an example of Gods life-giving magnifecence.  

We are but caretakers over God's little creations,

and it's truly a priveledge and reminder

of how delicate and precious life can be, no matter how small.

 

 

Our goal is to raise healthy, happy, well socialized kittens to bring you as much love as our cats bring to us. Each and every kitten we offer has quality one-on-one time daily to ensure good socialization and character analysing. We focus on emotional, physical, and instinctual developmental needs as well as holistic natural health. Our kittens are available on a limited basis as we do not breed for quantity. We keep our breeding cat numbers low so that we can focus on the important things. We don't raise "numbers" here, we raise loving companions. Our cats are very loving and trusting with wonderful personalities and they are very loved and respected. Every litter is anticipated with great joy and puuurfection.

We handle our kittens from birth and have two loving children that are allowed to gently play with kittens after they are 4 weeks old. This helps the kittens get socialization, especially with children. We do not own a dog, but kittens generally get acustomed to being around them if introduced slowly and supervised.

We are pleased to introduce the Exotic Longhair breed to our area. This is an amazing feline. Growing in popularity among the Persian enthusiasts, one of these charmers is sure to steal your heart!! Visit our breed classroom  to learn more about this Exotic King in our cattery!       Make sure a Persian/Exotic is right for you....  

 Persians require more grooming care than domestic cats. Many Persians end up in humane societies or on the streets because their busy owners didn't realize they required extra care.  So, they became a burden. This is an unacceptable outcome. But, if you can handle brushing your kitty at least once a week, than a Persian or Exotic will make your life very joyful. When you love your cats dearly, grooming just becomes second nature and is far from being a burden. They are a truely amazing and gentle breed only to be appreciated by being owned by one. 

We make every effort to find FOREVER loving homes for our precious kittens. Please look at personality and not just color when deciding upon a kitten.
