Testimonials
From Marie's Family:
"Our little Marie is doing just wonderful, she is nicer than we ever could have hoped for.
She has had no accidents what so ever, she is a perfect angel with her litter box, and she is a good little eater too. She is so quiet and sweet we hardly know she is around, but she is playful and loving too.
We really appreciate the booklet you send with her, it has been very helpful to answer any questions, and also was handy when we took her to the vet for her last shots. All the info was right there for us.
Our vet thought she was lovely too, and wanted to know where we got her, as she was such a good girl when she got her last shot, and the vet thought she had such a pretty face.
Thank you for everything, our kitten is a little dream come true."

From Dickens & Donte's family:
"If you are looking for a kitten that is a fluffy, healthy, exotic, Himalayan or persian you have arrived to the correct site. I started looking for a kitten back in April 2008 and finally connected with LaWanda.
Through numerous emails (seriously from the middle of April and currently). I had already made up my mind to purchase this adorable little seal point lynx girl. I placed my down payment to hold her and figured our emailing would decrease until the time would come to pick her up and make the final payment. However, that was not the case. LaWanda constantly kept in contact with me on the growth of this kitten. She was born 4.15.08 and I bought her around the July 4th holiday. I am so impressed with the continuous contact I received plus updated photos of her so I could create my baby book. LaWanda sent her family history of my baby girl. I chose to meet her rather than driving a little further to her home. Not many cat sellers offer you to come over into their home.
My baby was everything and then some!
I had heard all kinds of breeder stories and these were not positive outcomes. I never felt at any time regretting my decision to buy her. I was given an adorable kitten package. LaWanda enclosed an informational folder, food sample (which I chose to continue feeding her) and a toy. The most impressive was the vet information given to me regarding the injections and check up she had. This is quite a huge and important piece of paper. The reason is most breeders by the vet type of folder record keepers off an on-line store, administer their own injections, deforming meds and give this to you. It means nothing, believe me. I personally experienced that back in July 2006. When I brought one of my past kittens into my vet. She laughed at the paperwork and sort of 'schooled' me about some of the breeders tricks to keep costs down. If you are wondering how is it possible for breeders to administer their kitten injections, it is legal and available on line. They can not give distemper or rabies by state law a vet needs too and the medication requires an Rx. Sadly my beautiful kitten I loved, I had to euthanize that January 2007 because he had a tumor wrapped around on his liver which was not treatable from cancer. I felt horrible I hadn't noticed. My vet reassured me it was a silent killer, and there was no way I would have known until it was to late. I brought him him because my groomer said after she was finished brushing him out she noticed a discharge and didn't think it was due to stress of being bathed. I was also concerned that his eye's the breeder told me would become a deeper blue were pale and his white looked like a tinged of yellow. (he was a seal point lynx Himalayan).
LaWanda's vet information is real! She really cares about her cats and the kittens produced. She showers them with a lot of love, feeds them quality food, proof of the vet care by license vet and trust me this is a 'BIG' difference. Her family supports her and the children played with the kittens. My baby was well socialized, not afraid of any in house sounds. This told me the kitten grew up in the house and not in a gated cattery. LaWanda is talented with the photos and the cutest mini clip on her web site of the babies. My little girl I named 'Dickens' and she had a brother that we both called her twin.
If you second guess purchasing due to the price of LaWanda's kittens please don't. Her kittens are worth it and if you take the time to look over other kitten breeders and the cost, please trust my words, pay now or pay a whole lot more later as I did. My past breeder said she had been breeding for 25 years with always healthy kittens grown into beautiful healthy cats.
Although my baby enjoyed playing just fine by herself or with us I felt if I bought her brother then they both would be complete. I thought of them as twins and her brother was born right after her. Then two weeks later I met up with LaWanda to buy Dickens' look-a-like brother, I named Dante'. Photos are on LaWanda's website. I am not as crafty as LaWanda so forgive me my photos of how they are doing. They will show up soon.
My husband and I love them dearly and are horribly spoiled!!!! They both sleep in our tempurpedic bed every night and have adopted one of those pillows for their selves. I am so tempted to buy that tabby, but right now we are enjoying our twins. There is not a day that has gone by, I haven't laughed by something they did together or by themselves.
This testimony was my idea to share. Thanks for allowing me to do so and share my 'best' experience buying kittens. Please keep on breeding these adorable kittens appropriately named 'God's Kitty Cattery.'"

Update from Marie's Family
Hi Just thought I would send you an update on little Marie. She is such a little sweetie.
She has not gotten much bigger, but her fur is changing and grown in a little darker and smoother over the back. Its not hard to take care of her coat at all.
She has had one bath,,,,she didnt love it but she was fine LOL! She is due again one of these days.
And the big news...she caught herself a mouse! I was so shocked when I came home yesterday from an errand to fine her sitting so proudly with a little mouse on the rug. Just didnt fit the mini princess purrsonality that we all think of her as! Just one more perk we are glad to have from her, living in this ol farm house.
Terri
ps. she also could now care less about the dogs. They all love each other.
A word about Cricket
From Heidi and Sooze
We first discovered God’s Kitty Cattery in April of this year. It wasn’t by accident; we were looking. And we sifted through a LOT of other Web sites in order to find God’s Kitty Cattery. We had a beloved Persian named Kiwi, who was getting quite sick with kidney disease. We knew the inevitable would eventually occur. As hard as that reality was, we couldn’t imagine our home without at least one feline.
Still, Kiwi rallied a little. We opted not to introduce a new kitty until October. At that point, it was pretty clear that our little girl would go to kitty heaven soon. On October 11th, we adopted Cricket from God’s Kitty Cattery. It was love at first sight. (Actually, we’d fallen in love with him through the pictures La Wanda posted on her site.) By the way, Cricket is the obvious name for this little jumper who "talks" by chirping.
Cricket enjoyed being Kiwi more than she enjoyed him. Sadly, they were only "siblings" for two weeks. But we believe that was enough time for Kiwi’s sweet spirit to instill itself inside our new little boy. And, oh, what a sweet spirit he has!
He’s the most outgoing, social kitty we’ve ever known. He loves going on "field trips" (rides in the car, visits to see family and friends, even the vet!) He always wants to be around people. His energy is boundless. He goes from 0-to-60 faster than we can fathom; and then back down to 0 just as quickly when it’s time for a nap.
We’re so grateful for La Wanda’s and Curt’s and the kids’ love and attention to Cricket during his birth and first weeks in the world. And we’re grateful for La Wanda’s willingness to entertain ALL our questions prior to the adoption. (You deserve a medal, La Wanda!) We’d love to adopt from God’s Kitty Cattery again. We have nothing but affirmation for La Wanda and her family. We feel so blessed to have our little Cricket!
