This is "Patter", and he is the daddy to all our kittens right now. He is a Silver Tabby Exotic Longhair with a doll face. (He has a haircut in this photo. His coat is naturally very long and full. I'll have another photo taken when it's grown out.)
I must say that life would not be the same around here without him. He is a very amazing creature. He not only is beautiful and cuddly, but has a very human personality and understands everything we say to him as if he were a dog! If you tell him to go upstairs...well...he'll look at you, meow once, and then go. We are very astonished with his wonderful behavior. He is very smart. He knows he's king of the house and likes to be at the top of the cat tower to overlook everything that's going on. He is a hefty boy full of muscle and strut. He amazingly is also very curteous. He lets the females eat first until they are full and then proceeds to finish his food.
He has a human hair-binder addiction and would much rather have some binders than any other toy. He carries them around like they are his dog bones. Good luck finding any when your doing your hair because he has taken them all from the drawer and has them hidden somewhere in the house that only he knows about. He is very commical. He likes to be called Mufasa as he thinks Pattercake makes him sound like a baby. He has a very majestic and beautiful way about him and we love him dearly.
~Patter is tested NEGATIVE for Feline Leukemia / FIV~
We are proud to share with everyone that Patter is a most wonderful father to his kittens. Most male cats do not want anything to do with their kittens. Some wild toms are even known to try and kill their kittens. NOT HERE. Our Patter is very special in that he helps care for his young. He snuggles with them, watches over them, and even bathes them! He is very much concerned with their well-being and is an excellent daddy.
