                                               HEALTH    

 Here at Gods Kitty, we put the health of our felines first and above all. All our cats and kittens are under the care of an excellent licensed Veterinarian. We do not cut corners in the well being of our adults or babies. We feed only pure, high quality food and treats and use most sanitary living conditions. We do not tolerate fleas, earmites, or ringworm! Our cats are groomed and bathed on a regular basis and are clean. We also ensure our cats/kittens receive proper socialization and all their instinctual and emotional needs as well.

EVO

You are never required to use the same brand of pet food that we use, but may we recommend it. Our cats and kittens are fed  EVO cat and kitten food, which is a grain-free, hi-protien, low-carb food. Cats are natural carnivores, so why not feed them the diet God intended.

We do NOT guarentee against health issues that could develop from switching your kittens diet to a different brand of pet food. Allergies and digestive issues are common in many cats as a result to poor quality pet food or diet. Be sure not to feed your kitty high grain foods. Cats were never meant to eat grain. They are carnivores. Most of their diet should consist of meat. And not bi-products and /or grain fillers. Most health issues in cats such as ear infections, skin issues, and digestive issues stem from the intestinals and grain intolerance.

~Our cats and kittens are kept in a clean enviroment, fed quality food, and fresh, filtered water daily.

~All kittens will be checked by our licensed veterinarian. They will have their age appropriate immunizations, and worming and be free of fleas, earmites, intestinal worms, and ringworm!! 

          Gods Kitty Cattery is an anti-declaw cattery.

We never declaw any of our cats/kittens. We believe declawing is unnecessary. Many people are unaware that declawing is an actual amputation of your cats first "knuckle". It is NOT like clipping your nails. Cats and kittens can be taught to scratch on posts, as it is a healthy and natural habit.

                                          GUARANTEE

We guarantee only against any fatal congenital defects for eight months. Proof of defect from licensed vet is manditory before equal value replacement or refund is awarded. Type of refund given will be determined by the breeder. Breeder is not responsible for vet bills or testing fees.

For the protection of all the cats/kittens in our home, we do NOT guarantee againt any health issues (other than stated above) occuring after your kitten leaves this cattery up to 48 hours. (i.e. resperitory infections, colds, eye infections, funguses, ear infections, digestive issues, allergies, etc..which could be contracted/developed after leaving this cattery.) We strongly suggest you make an appointment for your kitten with your vet before picking your kitten up. If your vet finds your kitten in poor health within 48 hours of your picking up your kitten, you will be entitled to a full refund for your kitten; only with a written statement from your vet on the veterinary hospitals' letter-head with vets name, address, and phone number. We do reserve the right to take the kitten and your vets statement to our vet for a second opinion within 48 hrs before a refund is given.

                                          CONTRACT

All buyers will recieve their kitten's registration papers after they are spayed/neutered by a licensed veterinarian. Kittens must be spayed/neutered by 6 months old.

Buyers will agree that kitten/cat will never be sold/given to a pet store, or any type of research facility.

Buyer will agree kitten/cat will not be neglected or abused. (Minnesota statute 343.21 Cruelty to a pet is a felony punishable to up to a $10,000 fine, up to 2 years in jail, and require psychological counseling.) If found guilty of abuse or neglect, Gods Kitty Cattery reserves the right to reposses cat/kitten.

Buyers agree to supply regular vet care, fresh food and water, and indoor only facilities.

All buyers will be expected to sign a contract agreeing to the terms stated herein. Contracts are not meant to make a purchase more difficult, but to ensure the well-being of the cats/kittens, buyer, and seller. Thank you for understanding.

To the best of our knowledge, kittens are clean and in perfect health at the time of sale.

We will NEVER knowingly sell a kitten that is unhealthy.
